TATTOO POLICY
1. Age & Consent
You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed.
Photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or 18+ card) must be shown before your appointment.
We can tattoo under 18's only with parental consent.
You must complete and sign a client consent form before we start.
2. Health & Safety
Artists wear disposable gloves and follow strict hygiene protocols.
You must tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
If you are sick, have a skin infection, or are sunburnt in the tattoo area, your appointment will be rescheduled.
3. Booking & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (deducted from the final price).
Deposits secure your time with the artist and cover design preparation.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
We may request a larger deposit for large or custom work.
4. Designs
All custom designs remain the intellectual property of the artist.
You will have the chance to review your design before tattooing.
Small adjustments can be made on the day, but major redesigns may require a new booking and deposit.
5. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You are abusive, disrespectful, or discriminatory.
Your skin or health condition makes tattooing unsafe.
6. During Your Appointment
The person being tattooed is allowed only one support person during their appointment.
Please arrive on time and eat beforehand.
No children or pets in the studio.
You can take breaks, but please be mindful of time.
7. Aftercare
We will provide verbal aftercare instructions.
Following aftercare is your responsibility — we are not liable for fading, infection, or poor healing caused by not following instructions.
We have aftercare products available in the shop.
Touch-ups for tattoos done here are usually free within 6 months, at the artist’s discretion. No touch ups for hand tattoos as they are a high risk tattoo area.
8. Payments
We accept cash, bank transfer & afterpay through our website.
All payments must be made in full on the day.
Prices are discussed before the session, but longer sessions or extra detail may adjust the cost.
9. Privacy
We may take photos of your tattoo for our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise.
10. Tattoo Satisfaction
We will work with you before starting to make sure you are happy with the design, size, and placement.
Once a tattoo is completed, it cannot be removed or reversed without laser treatment, which is at your own cost.
If you decide you don’t like the tattoo after it is done, we are not responsible for refunds or covering removal costs.
In some cases, we may offer a discounted cover-up or rework if it is technically possible and agreed upon by the artist.
